Relieves discomfort of pregnancy including swelling, lower back pain, fatigue, nausea, anxiety and sleep. (Can be given starting at 16 weeks with a doctor's release.)  

This light pressure massage is individually designed to help each client with their unique needs.  Different types of bodywork and touch therapy are combined to enhance the client's comfort.  Patients may be dressed however it is most comfortable for them.  A doctor's release is required.

This massage provides a deep state of relaxation by using hot basalt stones to increase circulation, relieve stress and release muscle tension.

For this treatment, a cotton muslin sachet compress is filled with a relaxing mixture of herbs and flowers.  Using a steam heating method, the essential oils from the herbs are drawn onto the skin without the addition of lotion.  The therapist uses several techniques to bring relaxation and relief to your muscles.

This is performed with the lightest touch to promote healing, increase the body's immune system, diminish allergy symptoms, relieve nerve pain and boost energy.  It can be performed after surgery or in cancer patients to reduce inflammation and aid the body in healing.

In this massage, warmed bamboo sticks are used in several motions to ease and melt away mental and muscular tension.  

Combination of hot stones and bamboo sticks blend aspects of hot stone massage, deep tissue work acupuncture and more. 

This massage focuses on facial pressure points and is designed to alleviate pain and pressure in the sinuses.

Each treatment starts with an invigorating full body scrub in the scent of your choice.  After a rich exfoliation, the client enjoys a warm rinse under the Vichy Shower and ends with a moisturizing lotion application.  

This wrap is designed to promote deep hydration and strengthening for even the most sensitive skin.  This warming balm melts onto the skin and traps moisture to reverse the effects of our cold dry winters or dryness associated with sun exposure. 

Each mud wrap is applied as a body mask, allowing the skin to steep in a thermal wrap which is washed away with a warm Vichy shower treatment.  Your choice of mud: 

Black Baltic Mud – made from black, organic-based mud rich in vitamins and minerals 

Sea Mud – natural green sea mud is rich in vitamins and botanical extracts 

European Rose Mud – naturally pink rose clay from France provides intense hydration and protection from oxidative stress 

Chocolate Fondue Mud – Baltic mud is blended with pure cocoa to add rich antioxidants
