Please call us to schedule an appointment at (814) 796-9038. A credit card is required to reserve the appointment time. When scheduling an appointment, please plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time in order to fill out any necessary paperwork, get changed, or use the restroom. Should you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to allow the provider to be on time for his/her next client while also offering you the best possible services.
Please notify us of any need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start of the service by calling us at (814) 796-9038. If the appointment is canceled within less than 24 hours or you do not arrive for the service as scheduled, you may be charged up to 100% of your scheduled service. If we are able to fill your scheduled time with another client you will not be charged.
In the following cases, we require a 48-hour notice: Medical Spa Consults or Procedures, any of our Spa Package Services, 3+ services scheduled on the same day or groups of 3 or more clients.
Please recognize that late cancellations or no-show appointments mean that our commission-based employees do not get paid and have no ability to fill the time spot with another client.
All patients wishing to have a medical spa procedure must have a consultation with the physician first by PA law. The physician will review your goals of treatment and make recommendations on which services would best meet your needs. They will work with you to create a package that best fits your needs and will discuss financing options with you if needed.
In order to schedule a consultation, a credit card is required. We require a 48-hour cancellation for all consults or procedures. In the event that we do not receive cancellation within this time or you do not arrive as scheduled, your credit card will be charged a $50 fee.
Prices do not include gratuity but it is accepted graciously by our providers. Please show your appreciation for outstanding services by giving gratuities to your provider(s) directly or at check-out. Gratuity may be given in cash or added to your credit card payment.
A 20% gratuity will automatically be added to the following: groups of 6 or more, any day spa package, and spa parties. Further gratuities may be given at your discretion.
Please note that gratuity is not expected for medical spa providers/services. If you feel a desire to show your appreciation to anyone other than the physician you may do so. Our physicians do not accept gratuity, just kind words!
We will be glad to provide your party with coffee, water, or tea, as well as plates, silverware, wine glasses, and a refrigerator to store your food.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted at the spa, but we insist that you drink responsibly.
